The people at Manz
Each of our employees get an employee training. This could be a simple instruction, a qualification measure or an additional course. All these grants are only for the purpose that employee and workplace fit perfect together. This is the only way to offer the best solution for our clients and the products to be manufactured. It also has a positive effect on the motivation of individual employees and ultimately from the companies point of view an cost-efficient production.
At the moment we have 151 employees and we are always trying to secure this number and extend it.
